Hilton Community Garage Sale
Clear out your cupboards, make some extra cash, and spend a morning exploring one of Hilton's favourite community events.
On Saturday 5 September 2026, more than 20 households across Hilton will open their garages, driveways and front yards for a neighbourhood-wide garage sale. Whether you're searching for vintage treasures, toys, books, plants, furniture, clothes or unexpected bargains, there's something for everyone.
Best of all, every purchase gives pre-loved items a second life while bringing our community together. Previous events have attracted visitors from right across Perth and have become one of Hilton Precinct's most anticipated annual events.

Grab a coffee from one of our three coffee shops, download the map and enjoy a morning wandering the streets of Hilton.
The 2026 Garage Sale Map will be published on Friday 4 September and will include every registered sale, making it easy to plan your treasure hunt.

Hosting is easy.
There are now two ways to take part in the Hilton Community Garage Sale:
Host from home
Set up your sale in your garage, driveway or front yard and we'll add your address to the official Garage Sale Map.
Set up a stall at Hilton Harvest Community Garden
Don't have a suitable space at home, or prefer to sell alongside others? Register for a small sale space at Hilton Harvest Community Garden. Spaces are approximately the size of a picnic blanket and you'll need to bring your own table or setup and take all unsold items home with you.
As a registered seller you'll receive:
